Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened food products, perishable goods, and customized items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product for verification.
- Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
