Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened food products, perishable goods, and customized items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product for verification.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
